Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass
What it is: Creates a small (1-2 ounce) stomach pouch that connects directly to the middle of the small intestine, bypassing the rest of the stomach and the first segment of intestine.
Hospital stay: 1-2 nights

Sleeve Gastrectomy
